Spinnaker Tower or Emirates Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth is the highest structure in the area and considered one of the tallest buildings in the UK having been compared to the London Eye, Big Ben, The Shard and other famous structures in the country. If you are visiting Portsmouth of course its significance could be highly appreciated once you have paid for an entrance ticket to be able to gain access to its viewing deck. Once above and granting that you are lucky to grasp the summer impression of a ‘four seasoned day’ that normally happens in the UK then you will be able to see the whole city from above. If you are not so lucky that you gambled to spend an amount to gain access to the tower while cloud cover reduced visibility for a decent photograph to be taken once you are in the viewing deck then you may not appreciate the experience to the fullest but the fact that you made it there isn’t bad enough. My climb at the Spinnaker Tower back in 2014 was a testament to a bad experience when you are solely driven to gain access to its viewing deck for the sole purpose of photography and the weather ‘foiled’ your attempt to take advantage of natural lighting.
